Cleaning up: Sarah’s Story

We’ve all have had moments in our lives where we felt like we are stuck in a rut, and breaking free of that requires patience, courage, and a little bit of work. In this article, we will discuss Sarah’s story and how selling her home as-is helped her break free from a self destructive rut.

Sarah previously had lived with her husband for many years at their address. Though when tragedy struck and Sarah was by herself, she began taking up self destructive habits. From not responding to calls from friends and family to avoiding going outside, Sarah kept to herself and her grief. She began holding on to everything that reminded her of her husband and soon began a habit of hoarding everything when she did go outside. Sarah desperately needed help but didn’t know what to do.

When the costs of everything began to get to her, she called us at EverSan Cooper to take a look at her home. What we found was not just a home that needed work, but a woman who needed help. We were able to help her find a senior living facility while arranging a fair offer for her home. With that, she was able to continue moving on from the grief and reconnect with a new community.

We hope you found Sarah’s story insightful and show the value of selling a home as-is. At EverSan Cooper, we take your stress away by buying as-is, with a quick process to buy your home at market prices. Call today to book an appointment for a free home review and let us handle the rest.
