When homeowners sell to us, anything that would come up on an inspection is our job to take care of. The sellers don’t have to do any work. That includes paint, kitchen upgrades, or replacing the electrical panel. We do all of it! This house needed so many things, including a complete gut job of the kitchen and bathrooms.
Much of the built-ins and cabinets in this house were not up to par. We tore out the living room built-in, kitchen cabinets, master vanity, master bath (there was just a large garden tub in the corner of the bathroom), and the 2nd bath vanity.
As execution takes place, the anticipation elevates. Our amazing team always makes sure to follow every detail of our project to the T, so we expect nothing but an incredible result.
